CORE FOCUS PHYSICAL THERAPY is located at 424 Madison Avenue between 48th Street and 49th Street. We are just a few blocks from the Rockefeller Center Station on the B, D, F and V Lines and Grand Central Station on the Lexington Avenue Line.

Our office hours are:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
and on Saturdays by special appointment.
